If you receive a defective product, please email a photo of the item along with the original packing slip to quenchedrootshaircare@gmail.com within 48 hours. After reviewing, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item and issuing store credit.

Q: How do I clean the dropper or bottle?
A: To clean the dropper or bottle, simply rinse with warm water. Avoid using harsh chemicals to clean, as this may affect the product's effectiveness. Allow the dropper and bottle to air dry before using them again.
Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A: All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Processing your order typically takes 2-5 business days (not including holidays). Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days. During busy periods, such as sales or holiday seasons, processing may take 7-10 business days. Please note that USPS is currently experiencing delays due to ongoing challenges with COVID-19.
Q: How will I receive my tracking number?
A: A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped. You will not receive tracking information until the order has been processed and shipped.
Q: My package shows as delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?
A: Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS to inquire about your package’s status. You may also need to file a claim with USPS.
Q: I entered the wrong address at checkout. Can I get a refund?
A: We are unable to provide refunds for incorrect address submissions. Please ensure that your address is accurate, including your name, street address, apartment number, and suite number, before placing your order.
